The walks are listed alphabetically and according to distance in miles and kilometres, and the volume also includes details of walks of 20 miles and above. Endorsed by the Long Distance Walkers Association (LDWA), this seventh edition incorporates approximately 100 additional paths, with maps that have been redrawn to incorporate the additional walks.
