Although now a days it is perceived as more and more common for an individual to be in a relationship with the same sex, it is not accepted among most and hardly understood. Then again, whoever said that love can even be understood? In this particular story, Sam and Ashley go through a series of obstacles and trying tribulations that not only define their love for each other but bring others to understand just how perfect they are for one other. No one chooses who they fall in love with and as hard as Ashley tries to have what society depicts as a "normal" life, she repeatedly gets pulled back to her affection and deep attraction for Sam.
