Textul de pe ultima copertă
This book is based on the previous research results of the author's team, and combined with the latest research progress of domestic and foreign peers in biomechanics and mechanical biology related to atherosclerosis. This book devotes to discussing the mechanobiological mechanisms and prevention strategies of atherosclerosis and intravascular stent restenosis. The main content contains as follows: lipoprotein concentration polarization, stress response of vascular endothelial cells, biomechanical mechanism of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular development, the biomechanical mechanism of atherosclerotic plaque formation, the biomechanical mechanism of in-stent restenosis and atherosclerosis after stent implantation, and the mechanobiological mechanism of drug regulation of cell viability and inhibition of vascular restenosis. Additionally, the related frontiers and progress in these fields were also introduced.
This book has important reference value for the vast number of postgraduates and young scientific and technological workers who are engaged in the fields of cardiovascular physiology and pathology, especially in the fields of biomedical engineering, basic medicine, and clinical medicine who are engaged in the related research of atherosclerotic diseases.
