Cheryl Upchurch was born in St. Louis and graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a Masters in Secondary Counseling. She was a middle school guidance counselor for fifrteen years in St. Louis County before retiring and going into private business in Eureka, Missouri. She presently lives in St. Louis.
