Notă biografică

In his thirty-plus-year career in business management, Troy Becktel has worked for corporate America as well as small family-owned businesses. In addition, he has spent nearly twenty years as a coach. During that time, he has interviewed and evaluated hundreds of adult employees and motivated scores of young athletes. As a corporate executive, coach, husband, and father, Troy was blessed with many life-lessons in each of those diverse environments. During his many years of successes and failures, he has learned a great deal about the dos and don'ts of working with others, the value of having the right people in one's life, and in particular, what not to do. In the end, he believes that all situations, even the toughest ones, can help one grow and succeed in business.
