Autor Julie S. Kraft, Rebecca E. Williams
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 27 apr 2022
Addictive behaviors are often the result of loss--the loss of a job, the death of a loved one, or even the end of a romantic relationship. This fully revised and updated second edition of The Mindfulness Workbook for Addiction offers readers an effective program for working through their addiction and grief with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
