Angels are ministering spirits sent forth to minister for the heirs of salvation. They are spirit-messengers sent forth to minister for us. And the roles of angels include, among other things: protecting God's people; directing and guiding us; bringing the answers to our prayers from God to us; and carrying out God's Commands. Angels occupy a very important place in the Plan and Purpose of God. Jesus Christ spoke of His coming with the holy angels. Angels drove the devil and his supporters out of Heaven, and they are very necessary in the carrying out of God's Plans. But never make the grave mistake of worshipping angels or praying to them. That will be disastrous to your soul Yet, they are our friends and co-workers; and therefore we shouldn't despise them.
