This is an inspirational book about a man's struggles to survive throughout his entire life. Biff was born with two rare birth defects, Arnold Chiari Malformation and Klippel Feil Syndrome. Over the years numerous surgeons tried to help him through his most trying days of pain and suffering but could not fix him. Through it all Biff was just grateful to be "Alive and Kicking."
