Dianne Hofmeyr grew up on the tip of southern Africa. Her acclaimed picture books are translated into more than 18 languages and include The Magic Bojabi Tree (illustrated by Piet Grobler), nominated for the Kate Greenaway Award, Zeraffa Giraffa (illustrated by Jane Ray) which is on the Sunday Times' Top 100 children's classics list, My Daddy is a Silly Monkey (with Carol Thompson) published by Otter-Barry Books and nominated for the Kate Greenaway Medal, and Tiger Walk, with Jesse Hodgson. Her most recent book is Storm Dragon (with Carol Thompson). She lives in London. Simona Mulazzani is one of Italy's leading children's book illustrators, winner of the Society of Illustrators silver medal, the Italian Andersen Prize and the Emanuele Luzzati Illustration prize. She has illustrated over 90 books including The Home Builders and Tree of Wonder. She lives in Pesaro, Italy.
