That comes to call in the form of an inheritance that takes her nearly halfway around the world to Ireland and a world she knows nothing about. As she explores the possibilities she runs into trouble from some in the village as well as a few employees at the Estate in question. They claim that she can not inherit it because she is a woman not to mention her family name being French.
