August 1992: Hurricane Andrew wreaks deadly havoc across southern Florida, but Storm, a flat-coated retriever abandoned by his owner, somehow manages to survive. Myst, a border collie anonymously dropped off in the middle of the night at an animal shelter in California, barely escapes euthanasia. The two rescued dogs join their handlers, Liam Gallagher and Cassy O'Neal, in a journey through the early days of dog agility in America. But not all the obstacles are in the competition ring. Humans and canines alike overcome many trials and tribulations to reach the winner's circle - in life, as well as in competition - encountering humor, danger, and romance along the way.
