As a barman specializing in American whiskeys and cocktails, he develops bar programs for high end New York City establishments and has worked extensively with the Zabar family as a beverage director at their restaurants. His expertise has been sought by both private and commercial clients, crafting whiskey tastings and cocktails for brands such as Bvlgari; Agent Provocateur; TJX Companies; Ajinomoto Co., Inc; and more.
