This short monograph explains the existence of Vichian Cultural Centers not only in Spain, but also throughout all the Latin states created by the fragmentation of the 17th-18th century Spanish Monarchy. It focuses on three major agents of such expansion and transference of the theories created in Naples by an under-esteemed professor of philosophy.
