The Path to Higher Consciousness is a metaphysical journey of transcending from a lower conscious state of mind to a higher conscious state of mind. In a lower conscious state of mind, we are aware of very little outside of our own beliefs and experiences. While in a higher conscious state of mind, we are able to recognize our own ego thinking and experiences and step beyond them to self-examine ourselves.
