Autor Sophia R. Anderson
en Limba Engleză Hardback – 5 sep 2016
The Pink Moonlight, Sophia Anderson's debut novel, exemplifies the passions of youth and what it can do to a man. The story of how the captivatingly beautiful Daphine Frances, a young debutante whose name is well known throughout the distinguishable Hollywood Hills of 1952, faces an unyielding outcome as she forever chases some sort of conclusive theory on love. The charm that she possesses catches the attention of twoprovocative gentlemen, whose false infatuation cause her to lose touch with her closest friend, Thomas O'Connell. What is it that she hopes to retrieve as she looks up to the moon? Without hesitation, the reader will quickly identify with Daphine as the pressures of the world threaten to gradually hinder her moral growth. Similar in tone to F. Scott Fitzgerald's romantic and intelligent prose, The Pink Moonlight exposes the harsh reality that love presents us as we unfold who we are as people and lovers; forever chasing an imperishable, immortal, and indispensable dream.
