Notă biografică

Peter Cane is a law professor and the director of the John Fleming Centre for the Advancement of Legal Research at Australian National University. He is the author of Atiyah's Accidents, Compensation and the Law, An Introduction to Administrative Law, The Law of Torts in Australia, Responsibility in Law and Morality, and Tort Law and Economic Interests.
