The Power of Humility attempts to create awareness of the benefits of choosing humility as an underlying attitude and approach to five key relationships. The five key relationships are self, God, inner circle, community and world. The author makes a case for redefining and broadening the definition of humility and shows how those who operate with this underlying attitude are masters at creating and maintaining better relationships. . The premise of the book is that better relationships are the secret to being happy. Many of the chapters are short with personal stories about an aspect of humility such as respect, compassion or being dependable. Each chapter concludes with discussion questions designed for book studies.
