The 2016 election proves disastrous for the United States, with the majority demanding handouts rather than restoring the nation to its former greatness. In the aftermath, corruption and crime rates soar, while an obsessively isolationist policy destroys the country's standing as a super power.

Taking advantage of the nation's chaos, three opportunistic individuals take control of the Independent Payment Advisory Board, turning the board into the death panels opponents of the Affordable Care Act had predicted. Medical assistance is based solely on one criteria-profit. The elderly and disabled veterans simply don't provide a return on investment.

Or do they? In a calculated, greed-based move, the IPAB directors devise a plan: hire home invaders to beat "unprofitable" individuals to the point of death, refuse them life-saving medical treatments, and then harvest and sell their organs.

Cole Tutor, formerly of the Army Special Forces, just fell victim to the IPAB's scheme. But unbeknownst to both Cole and the IPAB, his body houses an advanced alien secret-a secret which pits Cole against forces determined to destroy his beloved country.
