en Limba Engleză Paperback – sep 2020
It's time for another Flash Travelers adventure for Sam and his friends - Randolph Coyote the Third, a humongous coyote who can talk and fly, and Bobbie Bear, an android who can navigate through the flashes that are doorways to other worlds. Sam faces a really big problem: His dad has lost his job, and can't make the mortgage payments. Worse yet, the bank intends to take the family's ancestral home and evict them - throw them out on the street, furniture and all. Can Sam and his friends save his home? It won't be easy. They must travel through another flash to outsmart The Rats of Finance. There they meet Murray Gimmie Gimmie, one of the human-size rodents who manages that world's financial system. Murray and his associates operate by a simple motto: "I need it, I want it, I gotta gotta have it." And nothing is ever enough. How will Sam outwit the Rats of Finance? Will he find a way to save his home? Open this book to begin a new Flash Travelers adventure.

Notă biografică

Andrew is a writer who lives in New Mexico with his wife Roxanne and their son Sam. Andy is the author of the Flash Travelers series: Beyond the Rainbow Flash, Book 1 The Rats of Finance, Book 2 Into the Land of Nightmares, Book 3 "The Flash Travelers book series was born when I least expected it - as stories I told my ten-year-old son Sam while driving to and from school," explains author Andrew Connan. "The Flash Travelers books are buddy stories, adventure tales and stories about how an ordinary kid confronts his fears. And more stories keep coming." As a kid, Andrew was that ordinary boy who grew up to be a Silicon Valley tech writer. Working for companies like Oracle and Cisco Systems, he mastered the discipline of writing every day. But it took parenthood for him to realize that what he truly loved was writing adventure books for kids and teens.
