Ken Beasley has been active in the Real Estate industry since 1974, and owned a Title and Escrow Company in Northern Nevada from 1975 through 1984. Mr. Beasley holds an active California and Nevada real estate broker's license, and in his more than 25 years of experience, has participated in over 2000 transactions, ranging from 1031 Tax Exchanges, Equity Shares, Lease Options and Creative approaches to real estate.
At the present time, Mr. Beasley is an active Exchange Consultant, Real Estate Broker, and a published Author. Mr. Beasley is a designated instructor for the California Real Estate Division and a past instructor for Big Ten Seminars in Nevada. At the current time Ken Beasley is in New York City, consulting with an established real estate rental company.
Mr. Beasley was born in Chemainus, British Columbia, Canada and currently resides in Alamo, California and Manhattan, New York with ""BJ"" his wife of 38 years and his two dogs Tee-Bone and B00.
