The Real Estate Wake Up Call: Why You Must Invest in Real Estate Now If You Want to Retire Worry Free

Autor Carter Froelich
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 31 mai 2009
Will You Be Able to Retire with a substantial net worth and a reliable source of monthly income? If all of your investments are in stocks and bonds, unfortunately, the odds are that you will not.
The Real Estate Wake Up Call provides explanations as to why stocks and bonds do not have the financial horsepower to generate significant wealth in addition to a reliable source of monthly income to provide for your retirement needs. The Real Estate Wake Up Call illuminates why you should not be lulled into the belief that the federal government and social security will provide for your retirement needs and why real estate must be the cornerstone of your investment strategy if you want to generate huge investment returns, significant wealth, and an ongoing monthly income.
