Notă biografică

Leanne Kitchen is a chef, writer and photographer with a long career in food media. She has worked as a food and features editor for a variety of prestigious food and travel magazines and her articles, recipes and photographs have appeared in countless publications. In addition, Leanne has worked with chefs and authors on many cookbooks, as food editor, recipe writer and, most recently, as the author of her own cookbook Turkey: Recipes And Tales From The Road. Leanne has harbored a deep love for, and fascination with, all things Chinese for as long as she can remember and has been travelling to the country regularly, writing travel articles and photographing, since 1996. Antony Suvalko has owned and operated a successful catering company and worked with Illy Cafe to develop their Pacific market. He has also had several successful ventures into digital media with food websites and apps. Antony's fascination with China began on a business trip where he fell in love with the country's diversity, colour, warmth and it's food: a cuisine he considers unmatched in variation and sustainability, and one that is best when left simple.
