Book 27 in the Assassin Chronicles: . The Red Cross of Gold series finds members of Knight of Death's extensive family and enemy guest card seemingly about to change their evil ways. The crystal skulls mischief continues as their supernatural powers wreak havoc on their would-be caretakers. The Order, meanwhile, finds itself suddenly thrust into the midst of Armageddon before they know what is happening.
