Adolescence period is universally known as a period of changes (Hill, 1983). Children entering adolescence face three big challenges biological, psychological and social. The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) works to achieve the "Strategy on Education for Health and Well-Being: Contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals". This strategy helps to ensure all young people to have access to comprehensive sexuality education, healthy learning environments, and to the information needed to protect them from HIV and develop healthy relationships (UNESCO, 2016). To achieve the goal of good health and well-being, India through sustainable and development goals focuses on ensuring healthy lives and well-being for all, at every stage of life. It includes reproductive, maternal and child health; communicable, non-communicable and environmental diseases; strengthen the prevention and treatment of substance abuse; universal health coverage; support the research and development; promote mental health; and access for all to safe, effective, quality and affordable medicines and vaccines.
