The exploitation and over exploitation of natural resources can put the planet in danger, because of the enormous environmental impacts resulting from the exploitation of these resources (hence the environmental and ecological perspective of the regulation of natural resources in all processes of sustainable development) proves to be important in the regulation of the standards of exploitation.This exploitation sometimes creates a conflict with neighboring countries and it is necessary to adapt because it is not possible to avoid conflicts, it is then necessary to try to resolve it in the most positive and constructive way possible. The successful resolution of a conflict is based on an accurate and complete understanding of the conflict itself.
