Paul 'Booger' Doyle is back in San Francisco to fulfill his threat to kill Lt. Frank Corrigan of the SFPD, for his role in sending the heartless killer to prison. Doyle has threatened to not only kill Corrigan, but the detective's friends and family members as well. When dead bodies start turning up the police department is working around the clock to bring the man responsible to justice. No one is safe from the evil deeds of a killer with no conscience.
