Updesh Kumar, Ph.D., is Scientist ‘G’ and Head of the Mental Health Division at Defense Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), R & D Organization (DRDO), Ministry of Defense, Delhi, India. His previous books include Suicidal Behaviour: Underlying Dynamics (Routledge, 2015) and he is the recipient of the DRDO’s Scientist of the Year Award, granted by the Indian Government
