This book is a combination of my experience as a radio broadcaster and a fitness instructor. It is me, (as Johnny Tucson) sitting behind the microphone at Radio KETA fielding answers from call in listeners concerning health and fitness matters. It is also me as a professional fitness instructor answering these questions. This book should help the reader in many ways concerning fitness matters they know nothing or very little about. It is always important to get off on the right foot and strength training, stretching, and other exercises offered fitness clubs are no exceptions. Doing it right the first time can save you from injuries, heartaches, and headaches. This is the first of three books that will give you many, many, many, pointers of fitness training and believe me, there are many.
