Ilasai Manian is Secretary, Ragunathan Library, Bharati Research Centre, Ettayapuram, Tamilnadu. He is a recognized scholar on studies related to revolutionary nationalist poet Subramania Bharati in Tamilnadu and a prominent Marxist cultural activist from Tamilnadu.
