Rondalynne is no stranger to empowering young people. With a focus on leadership development, Rondalynne promotes and supports life and success skills, two critical components to help teenagers establish and attain goals. A testament to her commitment, Rondalynne conceptualized and launched The Scholarship Club FPC, a scholarship club to aid moderate income youth in the scholarship application process. In an effort to augment her own knowledge, she proactively participated in a UCLA class to gain a full understanding of application procedures. Rondalynne went on to found Education Access Solutions to guide high school students and demystify college preparation and admissions activities.
