On the sparsely populated Aegean island of Halia an earthquake has caused a major underwater displacement and exposed secrets that were meant to remain concealed. Secrets involving the first legendary Sea People, the Kingdom of Atlantis and the Greek Gods of Mythology. Following an unexpected inheritance from his estranged father and seeking to understand his origins, Jake arrives on Halia, his ancestral home, and finds himself at the centre of a power struggle between two factions. He suffers threats to his life and encounters strange phenomena, including what appears to be spirit possession of some of the locals. He is unsure who he can trust. When he discovers the startling truth of his ancestry, he realises that he is the only one who has the power to put an end to centuries of strife. His failure could cost many lives, including his own.
