A new adventure awaits Neal and Simone Pllente as they imbark on a relentless search for Jacques Picquet who has seemed to have vanished from the face of the earth. Their quest take the lovers from the harbor town of Puerto Banus on the Cas de Sol to the hilltop town of Mountsurrat and and the streets of Las Ramblis in Barcelona. From the snow capped mountains of Zermatt to the little hide-away village of seiswill in Switzerland to the Democratic National Convention in New York City where Neal lays a perilous trap for Jacquis and the hunteer becomes the hunted. The story climaxes with some unexpected twists on the island of Martha's Vineyard.
