From the age before Troll we came, forged from the mist of forever, from the divine of all things we became as one, the sisterhood. We took form as the world came alive around us, we heard the first sound of the lark, we saw the firsts sun rise and we were witness to the creation of Troll. This was our beginning, we, the seven immortals, the sisterhood, the sisterhood of the Black Pearl. We were formed from all things beautiful, our gowns empowered with mystical forces allowing us to be in many places or in one place in the blink of an eye. Our thoughts become real, they come to life if we wished and are therefore, we were careful to allow those thoughts to come into contact with Troll. Each of us was given a gift, a pearl, a black pearl draped before us on a long gold chain. It is the power of our being, in it we see all things, and each, a special power only we command. Isadora was the firsts to speak, she was the eldest of the sisterhood, the first before all things, her power is great, she could see into the future long before the thoughts of Troll. She is the keeper of the staff, the power of the earth rests within it, she commands the wind and it replies to her. She brings peace to the earth when there is strife and calls to the stars to watch for things to come. Arabella was the second, she found favor with Troll but was warned by Isadora to stand clear of Mankind for he is wicked and unpredictable. Even so, Arabella gave Mankind the gift of fire and from that he believed himself invincible. We, the Sisterhood of the Black Pearl, have seen the passage of time and had taken no notice of Troll.
