The Small Business Turnaround Guide: Take Your Business from Troubled to Triumphant
Autor Sandy Steinmanen Limba Engleză Paperback – 30 iun 2012
There is probably nothing more exhilarating, nothing that gets one’s adrenalin flowing than when a business owner’s plans come together and the business becomes a reality. The feeling of being “your own boss” brings on genuine euphoria. The proud new business owner is walking on air.
Unfortunately, there is not always a happy ending. All too soon reality sets in and it is not always pretty. Reality takes the form of bills that have to be paid, customers who have to be satisfied and payroll deadlines that have to be met.
These shattered dreams are not unusual. According to the United States Census Bureau 10% of United States businesses close each year and with them come shattered dreams and shattered lives. But it doesn’t have to end this way. In "The Small Business Turn Around Guide: Take Your Business From Troubled To Triumphant," Sandy Steinman gives struggling business owners hope and he takes them through the steps to implement processes that solve the most common small business problems. These are the same processes that Steinman has actually implemented and which have added millions of dollars to his client companies’ bottom line. Additionally, he makes available at no cost, the spreadsheets and forms that are integral to the successful turnaround of your individual business.
If you are a small business owner and are struggling with:
* cash shortfalls
* employees who are unmotivated and have no idea what is expected of them
* reports that are not actionable
* or dozens of other issues common to other struggling business owners
"The Small Business Turn Around Guide" is for you. From the moment you read the first chapter and learn how to stop the bleeding and how to get control of your cash, you will know that there is real hope for your situation.

"Sandy Steinman has a unique insight that allows him to determine the changes that a company needs in order to improve their profitability and to quickly and painlessly assist the company in the implementation of the processes needed to bring about those changes. His methods are effective and understandable. The information in this book will bring you into Sandy’s world and give you what you need to take your business from troubled to triumphant. I am comfortable telling you this because he did it for my company." --Michael Martin, President, Stief Concrete Works, Inc., New Holland, PA
"Sandy Steinman taught me that even though we were a fifty year old company there were many new ways to improve our overall corporate performance. As a result of the changes that Sandy brought about in our company we were able to move from significant losses back to profitability. The processes that he recommended and helped us to implement are as valid and productive today as they were when he installed them several years ago. My experience is that once you get Sandy on your team, whether it is in person or thru his book is that you will always have the guidance that you need to lead your company in the right direction." --Maty LaBarbera, President, All-Brite Sales, Inc., Jacksonville, FL
"Sandy Steinman’s clear insight into what a company needs to become profitable has been a blessing for Ray & Son. Ray & Son Heating and Air is a 45 year old company that had not reached its profit potential until we started working with Sandy. Since adopting Sandy’s methods our company has enjoyed record profits and should we encounter any difficulties we know he is no more than a phone call away. I have no doubt that any business owner who reads his book and adopts even some of his processes will see a very real improvement in their company’s performance.” --Gregg A Ray, President, Ray & Son Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., Nashville, GA
