The Snares of the Devil

I have found this work by John Gerson to be very helpful in obeying and being a doer of the Word about being alert to the devil's schemes and tactics against us.

Sometimes we read all sorts of modern writers and teachers and neglect teachers of the word that have lived in centuries past. But the more and more I discover past writers the more I come to vividly realize that God has supplied wonderful teachers all along in man's history.

Earnestly ask the Holy Spirit - our loving Teacher forever - to make alive this message that He gave through His servant John Gerson for us.

I love you Holy Spirit for the precious gifts You have given us throughout the centuries. I value them dearly because all good teaching has come and still comes from You.
