Daughter of Independence: Kanti, the daughter of Peter Tipton, a past Captain and deserter in the French and Indian Wars and her Native American mother, was raised within a small Massachuset band which was part of the Algonquin tribe. Caught in the middle between conflict, family, her true love, and allegiances, she must make decisions and take actions to protect that which is important to her.
