The Spooky Wheels on the Bus: (A Holiday Wheels on the Bus Book)

J. Elizabeth Mills, Ph.D., is a program manager at OCLC WebJunction and an independent researcher. She studies how children's librarians engage with and support families and young children in the communities they serve. As a children's book editor at Scholastic, she edited and wrote dozens of books for children. Mills is co-author of Supercharged Storytimes: An Early Literacy Planning and Assessment Guide and co-editor of Create, Innovate, and Serve: A Radical Approach to Children's and Youth Programming. Her picture book, The Spooky Wheels on the Bus, was published in 2010.
Ben Mantle has illustrated numerous books for children. He lives in London, England.
