The famous phrase which reads 'a picture is worth a thousand words', is true in the majority of circumstances, although do not wrap all the truth. In this work, from a policy perspective, we deal with the truth of the image that goes around the State, which emanates in its environment, with a speech that attempts to reveal to the reader how the image is a precision tool, whose usefulness depends on who tamper with it. Here is evidenced as the thousand words that replace an image, in the policy must be redefined because this isn't the simplicity of a graphic image, the image itself is an abstract concept that is in itself a form of communication, which leads to a covered message with many layers of interpretations, since there is one of myriad ways to misrepresent the words. In the tech age in which we live, allows to any person disturb the policy to merge disparate elements in an image, that not always telling the truth, because its source lives on the dark side of the Moon, emits out your messages from there, although sometimes, you can see that source when walking by the illuminated face and at that moment, almost always is so bright that it does not allow to recognize her true identity. For all this and a little more, is that the State should explore your image to avoid becoming a victim of his own creation.
