Recenzii
...a handsome and well-written book that deals sensibly and carefully with th estatutory provisions...The book is eminently readable. Haley has a straightforward and accessible style which is very pleasing. His content is also interesting...this is a good book, with many strengths, and Haley is to be congratulated on an interesting analysis of the law.
...a descriptive and detailed account of the operation of the statutory codes applicable to business tenancies..
In a short review it is not possible to deal with all the valuable issues covered by the author. He makes good use of periodical literature, discusses many cases and provides comparisons with a Northern Ireland scheme amended in 1986, as well as incorporating wherever necessary the Law Commission's proposal for reform. An excellent book.
A detailed consideration of the legal regulation of business tenancies in Englad and Wales with reference also to Northen Ireland
