The Sword of Islam

Autor J. D. Sinclair
en Limba Engleză Paperback
When nuclear negotiations fail, the Islamic Republic of Iran is attacked by Israel and is losing on all fronts. The Islamic Republic is hanging on by its fingernails, the Mossad's special agents, along with airdropped Sten guns, grenades, rocket launchers, flamethrowers, and gold, ignite an uprising against the Islamic Republic. The rebels are consistently gaining ground. Similar to Adolf Hitler's position in 1944, the Islamic Republic can wait for the inevitable defeat, or it can come out from behind its defenses and throw all of its last resources into a last ditch offensive in an effort to reverse its fortunes. It decides to go for broke. Iran assigns its military "Hail Mary" mission to 55 year old Abu Malik Asadi, head of Iranian Special Forces, called "Kemal" by his friends, whose nickname came from Kemal Kemal Bey later known as Attaturk, due to his abiltity to predict the moves of the enemy as Kemal did to defeat the British at Gallipolli. Kemal is entrusted with the Iran's last assets, the stealth drone captured from the Americans in 2011, its last F16's, its best pilots and a 50 megaton Hydrogen Bomb to be delivered by the stealth drone on New York City, while the fighters; launched from Chinese flag oil tankers, drop nerve gas and small pox virus on Miami and other cities. Kemal's attack will be the Sword of Islam, beheading the financial capital of America, incinerating millions, and killing millions more with smallpox, forcing America and Israel to make peace on Iran's terms. The attack is timed for Thanksgiving week. The coming attack is partially discovered by Israeli undercover agent Suji, who along with Israeli Col. Shustov, Sgt. Greenberg and agent Carapathian, must find out the true nature of the attack and devise and execute a way to stop it, with the fate of Israel and the United States hanging in the balance. Kemal also must find a way to save the love of his life, his wife Lara, from being vaporized by an inevitable nuclear response from the United States, which would turn Iran into glass.
