Sandygrove is a town on the bottom of the sea. In it, fish go about their lives just the same as we humans. Within this town there are good and bad fish. So to keep the law they have a police force. These series of stories are about the goings on in and around this place. The main character is Billie Bass who is a private eye. He will have to use all of his cunning to outwit the crooks and get them put into jail
