Notă biografică
Stephen Welch is a Lecturer in Politics at the School of Government and International Affairs, Durham University. He is author of The Concept of Political Culture. In addition to articles and chapters on the topic of political culture he has also written about American political participation, political scandal, multi-level governance, and topics in international relations. His most recent work has been a critique of the idea of cosmopolitan memory and a discussion of the contribution of political culture to intelligence studies. He teaches in the areas of democratic theory, American politics, and the philosophy of the social sciences.
