American protagonist lands in Japan after the catastrophic disaster of 2011 in a Fukushima Prefecture. He wonders why such a small island nation lacking natural resources was able to grow so large economically, and finds out that "people" could've been the resource or a victim of this nation which helped achieve an economical success. Probably not to the extent of the people living in this country, but aren't we all being victimized by the nation and the government to a certain degree?
