Recenzii
Designed as a reference for high school students and lower-level undergraduates, this volume examines the forced removal of the Cherokee Nation from its traditional homeland (a.k.a. the Trail of Tears) in 1838-1839. The perspectives of both the Cherokee Nation and the U.S. government are discussed. Supplemental materials include brief biographies of key individuals as well as a chronology and excerpts from primary documents.
