"The UnMaking of a Man" is a work of historical fiction utilizing characters and events from the Civil Rights era of the 60's and 70's. The main characters, some living, some dead, some both, convey the sense of frustration, anger, and desperation which these times evoked. A singular event at the hands of the Ku Klux Klan sends a group of Negro college students on divergent life paths, ultimately ending up in the sights of the highest levels of the American government.
