The Villas of Le Corbusier and Pierre Jeanneret 1920–1930

Autor Tim Benton
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 14 iul 2010
This standard work reveals the design processes behind the icons of modernism, like the Villa Stein-de Monzie or the Villa Savoye, from the first idea to the occupation of the homes, and sheds light on the steps and contexts of daily work. It measures the concept of modern architecture against the built reality, and enables us to rediscover the architect Le Corbusier behind the myth.
