This book is about an adventurous water drop that leaves the Great Smoky Mountains on a grand journey. As the water drop makes his way through rivers, lakes and finally to the ocean, he realizes that his home in the mountains will always hold a place in his heart. This book was inspired by the ancient Cherokee Indian way of storytelling that explained complicated aspects of life in what appeared to be a simple story. The captured images in this book are of ancient Cherokee lands and show where a water drop might travel if it left the peaks of the Smoky Mountains.
