This is a cookbook like no other. It's not put together by a celebrity chef - but by a "nature-loving home economist" as the author calls herself, who has painstakingly collected more than 300 contemporary and classic dishes which she has served up to family and friends over decades. These recipes, using natural, unprocessed ingredients, became favourites - worth noting down and keeping to be used time and again. One day, a friend of hers suggested she share them with a wider audience and so Jenny slowly but surely started to compile this cookbook.
