Though Elle Branyon loves the restaurant business, she is hesitant when her boss informs her that she must leave her home in Detroit for six months to supervise the renovation of a restaurant on Grand Traverse Bay. Bayside Inn, a former lumber baron's mansion, is beautiful - and filled with surprises, like its manager, Michael D'Amico, who is determined to own the Inn himself.
