For a century and more, the Khilafah state has been presented by many Western intellects and indeed some Muslim thinkers, writers and politicians as a state where women are subjugated to violence, discriminated against, rendered to second-class citizens, enslaved to men, denied education or basic economic and political rights such as the right of employment or the vote and live in a state of fear. However, this description is more befitting of what has become of the lives of millions of Muslim women across the Muslim world in the absence of the Khilafah over the last 80 plus years. This book is aimed at presenting the reality of the Muslim women in this new modern reality. The author expresses the consequences for women today due to the adoption of Secular Liberalism & Capitalism in the Muslim world. She discusses how the institutions such as marriage and family are in ruins in the capitalist world. She presents the Islamic system as a solution to the woman's problems globally and how islam and its Ruling system, the Khilafah creates the atmosphere of honor and protection for the women.
